CHR Electric Seat Issue

Thanks for the quick reply! I haven't load tested the battery specifically, but the car starts fine. Is it possible for it to be weak enough to affect the seat but not the starting? And what exactly should I be looking for on the seat harness?

Yes, it's entirely possible. Modern cars are very sensitive to voltage drops. The seat module might be the first to complain. Regarding the seat harness, check for any frayed wires, loose connectors, or signs of corrosion. Given the error code, and the fact that you've already checked the fuses, I'd recommend taking it to a workshop. They can properly diagnose the electrical system.

Thanks. I appreciate the advice. I took it to a trusted workshop and they confirmed that the battery was faulty, and they replaced it. It cost 290€ in total. The power seats are working perfectly now!

A heavily discharged or defective battery can definitely cause issues with power seats. I've seen similar problems in other vehicles with complex electrical systems. Have you load tested the battery? Also, check the seat harness and the seat switch for any signs of damage.
