Thank you for your quick response! No, I haven't changed the battery recently, and everything seemed to be working fine before. Is it possible that the key's programming is simply incorrect, and would that cause such problems? What is the cost associated with such a repair?

It's difficult to say definitively, but an incorrect key programming does sound like a very plausible explanation given your symptoms and the error code. It might be worth visiting a professional workshop to reprogram your key. As for costs, these are usually around 45€.

That does sound concerning. I'm no expert, but the symptoms you're describing definitely point towards a potential immobilizer fault. Has the key fob's battery been changed recently, or have you noticed any issues with the remote start or central locking before this happened? Perhaps the key needs re-syncing?
