CHR Error Messages Vehicle Coding

I have a 2019 Toyota CHR, hybrid engine, and it's throwing errors. About 182387 km on the clock. The error memory has a fault stored, and I'm seeing error messages both in the infotainment system and on the speedometer. I'm thinking it might be something with the car's coding being off, but not entirely sure. Anyone else run into this?

I don't have the exact fault code on hand, no scanner at home. And no, no recent electrical work or changes. I was hoping to avoid a trip to the mechanic, is there anything else I can check myself before taking it in?

Thanks for the advice. Took it to the workshop and you were spot on. Turns out the vehicle coding was incorrect. They recoded it and the error messages are gone now. Cost me 360€, but at least it's sorted.
