Voltage drop where exactly? Load test passed, but the battery was almost flat.

Check voltage between the alternator output and battery positive, and also trace the wiring harness for any chafing or damage that could cause a short. Given the battery state, it's probably a persistent drain. I'd suggest seeing a workshop, since diagnosing it requires specialized equipment.

Cheers. Shop found a faulty circuit breaker causing the drain. New breaker, 290€, all fixed.

I had something similar on my Cima. Check for a voltage drop across your charging system and the wiring harness for shorts. Has the battery been load tested?
