Cima Rear Ventilation Issue

I've got a 2004 Nissan Cima with a gasoline engine, and I'm having trouble with the rear ventilation. The error memory stores a fault, the climate control is acting up, and the air conditioning isn't cooling properly in the back. Seems like it might be a defective cable or plug connection. Mileage is at 94272 km. Has anyone else run into this?

I had a similar issue on my old 2012 BMW 5 series. The rear air vents stopped working, and it turned out to be a faulty flap actuator. Is the air distribution in the rear not working at all, or is it just weak? Maybe check the fuse box as well.

Thanks for the info. The air distribution in the back is non-existent. Front vents are blowing cold air as normal, but nothing from the rear. Which fuse exactly should I check?

Ah, if there's absolutely no air, it really does sound like the flap actuator. As for the fuse, I can't say which one exactly for your Cima. Best to consult the owner's manual or a wiring diagram. I ended up taking my 5 series to the workshop because I didn't want to mess with the electronics, in the end the workshop confirmed a defective cable and fixed the connection.

Okay, I appreciate the advice. I will check the fuses first, and if that doesn't fix it, I'll take it in. The repair estimate I got was about 95€, so hopefully it will be a quick fix, thanks!
