Thanks for the quick reply. Could you provide a bit more detail? Where exactly should I be looking for these connections, and is there anything specific I should look for in terms of damage or corrosion?

The connection is directly on the shock absorber itself. I'd recommend taking it to a workshop. They can diagnose the cable properly.

Thanks for confirming that. I took it to the workshop as you suggested. Turned out to be a loose connection, just as suspected. The 95€ covered the diagnostic and repair. Ride's back to normal. Appreciate the help!

I had a similar damping adjustment fault on my Citan. Check the connections to the shock absorber; that's often the culprit.
