Citan driver seat massage not working

My 2018 Mercedes Citan with a gasoline engine has a problem. The massage function on the driver's seat isn't working. The seat switch doesn't activate the massage setting, and there's an error code. Diagnostics suggest a defective cable or plug connection. The estimated repair is 95€. Has anyone had a similar seat problem?

Right, completely dead. That's what happened to mine, too. I didn't check the fuses, I just took it to the workshop. Honestly, messing with the car upholstery and those tiny wires for a luxury car feature? Not worth the risk of messing things up even more. Save yourself the headache and let the pros handle it.
