Citroen C2 Temperature Sensor Issue

I'm having a weird issue with my 2008 Citroen C2 (gasoline engine). The outside temperature sensor seems to be malfunctioning. The error memory stores an error related to it, and the AC won't engage. Plus, the windscreen washer nozzles are frozen when they shouldn't be, and the mirror heating is dead. Could this all be from one faulty sensor?

That sounds frustrating. I've had similar weirdness with sensors in my old car. I'm no expert, but have you checked the sensor's wiring? A dodgy connection can cause havoc. Where is the sensor located on your C2?

I had a quick look at the wiring, but didn't see anything obvious. I'm not sure where the sensor is exactly. Can you point me to the right spot?

Unfortunately, I'm not sure where the sensor sits on the C2. I'd advise going to a workshop and asking a professional. They probably know where the sensor is and can check the wiring and connections.

That sounds reasonable. The garage confirmed a defective plug connection. Repair cost including sensor replacement was 95€. Thanks for the advice.
