My 2023 Citroen C4 diesel (77k km) is hard to start, stalls when idling, and the check engine light is on. It's running rough, fuel consumption is up, and an error is stored. Suspecting fuel system issues. Any ideas?

My symptoms were almost identical. Turned out to be a defective cable or plug connection on the fuel pump. I advise a visit to a workshop; it's a safety issue.

Thanks for the advice! The mechanic confirmed a defective connector on the fuel pump. Repair cost was 95€. All is working fine now!
