Citroen C4 Electrical Faults
Summary of the thread
A 2005 Citroen C4 diesel is experiencing electrical malfunction errors and a non-functional navigation system. The issue is suspected to be a software bug causing implausible programming. A suggested solution is to perform a software reset or re-flash the ECU, which may require professional assistance at a workshop.

A reset? How involved is that? I can pull codes, but I'm hesitant to start flashing without being sure. What did you do?

Well, it didn't work for me. I tried a few things, but I had to take it to a workshop. They said the programming was off and they had to re-flash the ECU. Cost about 240€.

Okay, cheers for the insight. Sounds like I'm heading for a workshop then. At least I have an idea of the cost. Thanks!

Sounds familiar. I have a C4 too. I had something very similar happen. It was a pain. Did you try a software reset?
