Citroen Jumper 2016: Black smoke, engine light and loss of power - experience with boost pressure system problems wanted

Hi guys, I have a strange problem with my Citroen Jumper diesel engine (built in 2016). Smokes black when accelerating, check engine light is on, loss of power, cranky engine, jerking when accelerating, loud hissing and whistling when accelerating, stuttering at idle and shaking when idling. I suspect there may be a problem with the boost pressure system. Does anyone have any experience with this? How did you get this solved at the garage? Any help would be great!
