Citroen Jumper Key Battery Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2006 Citroen Jumper is experiencing a 'key battery low' warning, leading to issues with keyless access and inconsistent locking/unlocking. The problem is likely due to a dead key fob battery. Replacing the battery, specifically with a CR2032 coin cell, is suggested as a solution. After replacement, the key fob should retain its pairing, and the issue was resolved by replacing the battery.

I don't have a multimeter. Are there specific steps for replacing the battery to keep the key fob working and paired?

The Jumper usually keeps its key pairing when you change the battery. But workshops can do it if you're worried. Expect to pay around 37€ for a full key battery replacement.

Thanks, I'll replace it carefully myself. If problems continue, I'll see a technician. Replacing the battery fixed it!

Those symptoms definitely suggest a dead key fob battery. Have you checked its voltage with a multimeter? Or try a new CR2032 coin cell battery.
