Citroen Nemo crankcase ventilation issue
Summary of the thread
A 2014 Citroen Nemo with a gasoline engine exhibited symptoms such as a check engine light, reduced engine power, and smoke from the exhaust during acceleration. These issues were suspected to be related to a crankcase ventilation problem. A similar case confirmed that a defective crankcase ventilation valve was the cause, and a professional diagnosis led to the same conclusion, resulting in a successful repair.

Yes, the idle is somewhat erratic. Could you tell me about your experience and what caused it in your case?

Mine was a defective crankcase ventilation valve too. I'd advise getting a professional diagnosis at a workshop.

Thank you. I took the car to a mechanic, and it was the crankcase ventilation valve, just as you thought. Repair cost was 360€. All fixed!

I had something similar with my Nemo. Was the idle also rough?
