Citroen Nemo crankcase ventilation issue

I'm experiencing an issue with my 2014 Citroen Nemo gasoline engine, mileage is at 68567 km. The check engine light is on, and engine power is reduced. I'm seeing smoke from the exhaust when accelerating. Could it be a crankcase ventilation problem? Has anyone else had similar symptoms?

Thank you. I took the car to a mechanic, and it was the crankcase ventilation valve, just as you thought. Repair cost was 360€. All fixed!
