That's rough. Has the voice recognition completely stopped working, or is it just the microphone during calls? It sounds like a deeper issue if it's across the board and throwing errors. Reminds me of when my old Civic's audio system started acting up – turned out to be a faulty infotainment unit. What's the mileage on your Clarity?

Yeah, voice recognition is totally gone too, not just calls. And the mileage is pretty high, 141418 km. You think it might really be the whole infotainment system? Anything else I should try before I start tearing things apart?

With those symptoms and mileage, yeah, it does sound like the infotainment system itself is defective. It's not a common issue, but it happens. Based on my past experience with similar electronic issues, there's not much you can do at home without specialized tools. Probably best to take it to a workshop. My local shop quoted me 815€ to fix it.
