Clio Brake Fluid Loss

I own a 2018 Renault Clio, gasoline engine, 127018 km on the clock. Recently, the brake fluid level dropped, and the brake pedal feels strange. Could this be related to worn brakes?

Sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my old Opel astra some years ago. The brake pedal felt spongy. Any signs of leaks around the master cylinder or calipers?

Turned out my front brakes were worn beyond belief. It was like trying to stop a train with a bicycle brake. I'd suggest getting it checked out by a professional. New pads and fluid replacement sorted it out.

Thank you for the advice. I took it to the shop. The front brakes were indeed worn. A full replacement and fluid change cost me 480€. Issue solved.
