Connection problems with BMW 1 and software update

Hello everyone, I own a BMW 1, model year 2024, with a gasoline engine and a mileage of 1750 km. I'm having trouble connecting my smartphone to the vehicle. Does anyone know when the software for the 2025 models will be available to solve this problem? Thank you in advance for your help!

Check if your vehicle's software is up to date. Sometimes, connectivity issues can be resolved with the latest software update. You can usually do this through the vehicle's infotainment system settings. Let me know if this helps or if you have any further questions!

I'm having a problem connecting the scanner to the socket and connecting it to the application. Everything is searching for errors, but when I try to delete them, the application freezes. I'm unable to delete anything. The blue light on the scanner blinks slowly and then very quickly. What could be the cause of this?

My problem is that when I connect the scanner to the socket in the camera and try to connect with the application, everything goes well until a certain point. It searches for errors and displays them, however, when I try to delete them, the application freezes and I can't do anything further. The blue light blinks slowly at first and then very quickly. What could be the cause of this?

Ensure that your scanner's firmware and the application are both updated to the latest versions. Compatibility issues can often cause freezing problems. If the issue persists, try using a different device to connect to the scanner. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!

Make sure the OBD-II port is clean and free of debris, as a poor connection can cause communication issues. If the problem continues, consider trying a different OBD-II scanner to rule out a faulty device. Keep me updated on your progress or if you need more assistance!

Check if the vehicle's ignition is in the correct position when using the scanner, as some vehicles require the ignition to be in the "On" position without starting the engine. If the issue remains, it might be worth trying the scanner on another vehicle to see if the problem is with the scanner itself. Let me know if this helps or if you have more questions!
