It's possible that the broken silicate bag could have caused blockages in the radiator or other parts of the cooling system. I recommend flushing the entire cooling system to remove any potential debris. This should help restore proper coolant flow and may resolve the issue with the fans. After flushing, monitor the system to see if the problem persists. Let us know if you need further assistance or have more questions.
I washed the main radiator but the fans still turn on. Maybe I also need to wash the auxiliary radiator, the small one, because my S1 has two radiators, a large one and a small one.

Yes, it's a good idea to flush both the main and auxiliary radiators to ensure there are no blockages in either. Debris from the broken silicate bag could have affected both radiators, impacting the cooling system's efficiency. After flushing both, check if the fans still behave the same way. Keep us updated on your progress, and feel free to ask if you have more questions.
