Thanks! I haven't tried charging it yet, as I thought the hybrid system would keep it topped up. Could it really be just a bad battery, even with relatively low mileage? What exactly happened with your Corolla, and how did you fix it?

Okay, so with mine, it was a bit of a nightmare. Same symptoms as you described. I even tried replacing the battery myself, but the problem came back after a few weeks. Thanks! It was indeed a defective battery sensor. Cost me 315€ to get it sorted at the workshop, but everything is working perfectly again now.

Hey! I had a similar problem with my Corolla. Sounds like your battery is heavily discharged. Did you try charging it? I would check the electrical system for any shorts or parasitic draws.
