Thanks for sharing. Could you give more detail about how you diagnosed the faulty signal amplifier? Did you use specific diagnostic tools, or was it a process of elimination?

The diagnosis wasn't straightforward. Initially, I suspected the antenna connection. However, a thorough diagnostic check at the workshop revealed that the signal amplifier wasn't providing the necessary power to the antenna. The error codes pointed to a disruption in the signal chain, ultimately leading to the amplifier being identified. Considering your symptoms and the error code, it might be prudent to have a workshop investigate the amplifier as well. My repair cost was around 300€, so the 255.0€ you mentioned seems reasonable, assuming it is indeed the antenna that is defective.

I appreciate your detailed explanation and the suggestion regarding the signal amplifier. I will schedule a workshop appointment to have the entire antenna system, including the amplifier, thoroughly checked. Thanks again for your assistance.

I had a similar radio issue with my 2019 Volvo XC60. The symptoms were almost identical – error messages, audio cutouts, and an antenna fault code. Have you checked the signal amplifier? In my case, it wasn't the antenna itself, but a faulty amplifier causing the problem. Radio interference and static noise were also quite prevalent before the amplifier was replaced.
