CR-V Hybrid IAT Sensor Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid is experiencing issues with the check engine light, reduced engine power, and rough running. The diagnostic tool indicates a problem with the intake air temperature (IAT) sensor. A similar past experience suggests that the sensor might be faulty. The recommended solution is to have the sensor checked and possibly replaced by a professional, which resolved the issue in this case.
Did this summary help you solve your problem?

Yeah, the diagnostic tool specifically pointed to the intake air temperature sensor. It's showing an error code related to it. So, you think it's pretty likely that's the culprit? What did you do about your Opel Corsa?

Well, if the diagnostic tool is saying it's the intake air temperature sensor, it probably is. In my case, I tried cleaning the sensor, but that didn't help. Eventually, I just took it to a workshop. They replaced the sensor, and the problem was solved. It might be worth getting it checked out by a professional.

Thanks a lot for the advice! I appreciate you sharing your experience with the Opel Corsa. I think I'll take it to a workshop and have them take a look at the IAT sensor. Hopefully, it's a simple fix. Turns out the sensor was indeed defective. Cost me 155€ to get it fixed but now my CR-V runs like new again!

Oh, that sounds frustrating! I had something similar happen with my old Opel Corsa. Check engine light, rough running, the whole shebang. Turned out to be a faulty sensor too. I don't remember which one though. Did the diagnostic tool specifically say it's the intake air temperature sensor?
