CR V Tail Light Issue

Thanks for the input! Could you tell me more about the dimmer switch and how it might affect the tail lights? Did you also get an error message?

Yeah, I got a similar error message, and the dimmer switch was the problem. I'd recommend having a shop check the cable or plug connection on that. That fixed it for me, so might be worth a shot.

Just wanted to say thanks! You were right on the money. The shop found a bad cable connection in the lighting system that was causing all the problems. Cost me 95€ to fix. Appreciate the help!

Interesting. I had similar electrical gremlins with my CR-V. Check the dimmer switch – is it affecting your dashboard lights too? Electrical problems can be so frustrating, but it sounds like we're on the same page here.
