Summary of the thread
A 2016 Hyundai Creta is displaying a tire pressure sensor fault, with a warning of 'tire pressure too low' despite properly inflated tires. The issue could be due to a dead sensor battery or other sensor malfunctions. A similar case was resolved by confirming a faulty sensor at a workshop, suggesting that professional diagnosis and potential sensor replacement may be necessary.

Thanks! I visually inspected the air valves and they look okay. Did your issue also have a stored error code, or just the dashboard warning? Trying to gauge the severity before replacing sensors.

Yes, there was a stored error code. I tried inflating the tires, checked for slow leaks, but the error persisted. I took it to a workshop. They confirmed a faulty sensor. Saved me time diagnosing it myself.

Appreciate the insight! Seems a shop visit is unavoidable. Got a quote for sensor replacement at 280€. Thanks again for confirming my suspicions.

I had a similar issue with my Creta, same error message. It started intermittently, then became constant. Have you checked the air valves for corrosion or damage? That can interfere with the sensor readings.
