Cronos power windows dead
Summary of the thread
A 2020 Fiat Cronos owner experienced a problem where both power windows stopped functioning, and an error code was detected. The owner suspected the power window switch might be faulty. Another individual with a similar issue confirmed that a defective switch was the cause and recommended visiting a workshop for repair. The owner followed this advice, confirming the switch was indeed the problem and had it repaired.

Interesting! You think it's just a blockage? I figured with the error code and both windows failing at once, it'd be something electrical. Was your error memory also showing an issue? Should I try removing the door panel?

Nah, mine wasn't a blockage. I checked that first. The error memory did show an error. I'm no mechanic, so I took it straight to the workshop. They told me it was definitely a defective switch. If you're not comfortable poking around the door mechanism, I'd suggest doing the same.

Awesome, that confirms my suspicion. I'll swing by the workshop, then. Thanks a bunch for sharing your experience! It was the switch. Cost me around 200€ to get it sorted. Appreciate the help!

Whoa, that sounds familiar! I had almost the exact same thing happen on my Cronos. Windows just gave up the ghost. It's like when your phone dies right when you need to make an important call! Did you check the window track to see if there's something stuck there?
