Cronos radio reception failure

Help! My 2021 Fiat Cronos with a gasoline engine is driving me nuts. The radio reception is completely gone. I get an error message on the infotainment screen, the audio system just cuts out randomly, and the error memory keeps throwing codes related to it. I'm pretty sure it's the antenna that's borked, and I’m expecting around 255€ for the repair. Anyone else had this?

I had similar issues with my Cronos. Is the static noise unbearable? I'd check the antenna ground first, had issues in the past with a corroded connection that caused major radio interference.

Yeah, the static is awful! Where exactly is the antenna ground located? And was the poor signal affecting anything else, or just the radio?

It was just the radio signal for me. The ground is near the antenna base itself, under the shark fin. Honestly, given the error messages and the complete dropouts, I'd say save yourself the headache and get it checked out, it might be some issue with the antenna booster.
