Crossland X automatic transmission issues

I'm having issues with my 2021 Vauxhall Crossland X with a gasoline engine. The automatic transmission is acting up at 94348 km. It's shifting weird, the transmission light keeps popping on, and sometimes it refuses to shift properly. It even went into emergency mode the other day! Could this be worn out auto transmission oil?

I had something similar happen in my Crossland X, though I can't say I know much about cars. Does it feel like it's slipping between gears, or is it more like a hard jolt?

Thanks for getting back to me! It definitely feels like slipping sometimes, especially going uphill. Other times it just clunks into gear. Did yours do the same? What was the cause?

Yep, slipping and clunking sounds familiar. Mine ended up being an undervoltage issue messing with the transmission control unit. Best get it checked at a workshop.

Thanks so much for the advice! I took it to a workshop, and you were spot on. It was an undervoltage problem causing the transmission to act up! They replaced the oil and fixed the electrical issue. Cost me about 240€, but it's running smooth as butter now!
