Yeah, I did give the charcoal filter a look-over, but honestly, I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking for. What exactly was wrong with yours? Was it visibly damaged, or did you need to test it somehow?

Mine looked okay too, no visible damage. But the workshop guys told me it was defective and causing a leak in the fuel tank ventilation system. They said it's a common issue. I would recommend taking it to a professional. They will diagnose system failure with the right tools.

Thanks a lot for the advice! I took it to a local garage, and you were spot on - it was indeed the activated charcoal filter. Apparently, it was causing a fuel tank ventilation system leak. Cost me 275€ to get it sorted. Appreciate the help!

Sounds familiar. I have a Crossland and had similar problems. Check engine light plus stalling. It could be system failure related to air flow or issues with the fuel tank. Have you looked at the activated charcoal filter?
