Crossroad Electric Seat Fault
Summary of the thread
The 2010 Honda Crossroad has an electric seat fault where the passenger seat won't adjust, and an error is stored in the memory. The issue is suspected to be caused by a heavily discharged or defective battery. Diagnosis confirmed that the battery issue is causing the seat module to throw errors, and a repair cost of 290€ is expected.
Did this summary help you solve your problem?

Yes, both adjustments failed simultaneously. Did you have the same problem?

Yep, exactly the same. I checked the wiring and fuses but couldn't find anything obvious. Bit the bullet and took it to a workshop in the end.

Right. Got it diagnosed. Seems your hunch was correct. Shop confirmed it's a battery issue causing the seat module to throw errors. Repair will be 290€.

I have a Crossroad too. Had a similar issue with my power seats last year. Was it both the backrest and the base adjustment that failed?
