Yes, the collision avoidance and adaptive cruise control are non-functional. I haven't cleaned the sensor yet. Any guidance on locating the radar sensor on this model? I'm hesitant to tamper without knowing.

Okay, adaptive cruise going bonkers pretty much confirms it's radar related. Should be behind the front bumper, either in the middle or on one side. Honestly, before you start taking things apart, might be worth getting a shop to take a quick look. They can pinpoint it and maybe even recalibrate the sensor if cleaning doesn't do the trick. That could get expensive fast!

I visited a local workshop. The radar sensor was contaminated with grime. A thorough cleaning, costing 45€, resolved it. The error messages are gone, and all systems are working.

Hmm, radar sensor issues on the Crossroad... I haven't dealt with that specifically. Which systems are failing? Collision avoidance and adaptive cruise control, I'm guessing? Have you tried just giving the sensor a wipe-down to see if that helps?
