Cruze Diesel Reduced Engine Power

I'm pulling my hair out here! I've got a 2015 Chevrolet Cruze diesel with only 51717 km on the clock, and it's started acting up. I'm getting seriously reduced engine power, the engine's running rough, and it's jerking like mad when I try to accelerate. Plus, there's this loud hissing sound when I put my foot down, and my fuel consumption has gone through the roof! I reckon it's something to do with the intake system.
