Yeah, HVAC control unit for sure. But honestly, save yourself the headache. I spent ages trying to find the fault, and it was a pain. Unless you're super confident with wiring diagrams, a workshop might be the best bet to get it sorted properly.

Sounds familiar! I had something similar happen in my CR-V. Is the air circulation messed up too? I mean, does it feel like the rear passengers aren't getting any air at all? It could be the same gremlin I fought. Might be worth checking the system diagnostics.
