Thanks for the quick reply. I checked the key fob battery, but it still happens with the internal switch. Did yours do that too? Were there any other symptoms, like issues with other electrical stuff?

Yeah, that's pretty much what happened to mine. Internal switch and key fob were both useless. No other electrical issues that I noticed, so probably not the car alarm. To be honest, I took it to a workshop, and they sorted it out. It's probably a cable or plug connection like you guessed.

Thanks for confirming what I thought. I took it to my local workshop. You were right; the diagnosis indicated a defective connection in the central locking system. It cost 95€ to repair.

Hey, I had a similar issue with my CT200h. By similar, I mean the car locks didn't work. Have you checked the key fob battery, or whether the car alarm is causing problems? Sometimes a weak battery or a glitch in the car alarm system can mess with the central locking. Just a thought before you start pulling things apart.
