CT200h Headlight Range Control Fault

I have a 2011 Lexus CT200h hybrid. There's a fault in the headlight range control system. An error is stored, and a warning light is on. The low beams point too far up or down, making it hard to see at night. Mileage is 69155 km. Any ideas on what's wrong and how to fix it? I've checked the headlight switch, connectors, and control module, but found nothing.

The symptoms point to a faulty headlight servomotor. Did you scan for the error code? Check the auto-leveling control module and wiring for corrosion or damage. Beam issues often come from that system.

Yes, the error code points to the servomotor. How can I confirm it's bad? Are there voltage or resistance tests to check before replacing it?

Voltage and resistance checks might help, but the servomotor's internals aren't easy to measure without special tools. Given the error code, symptoms, and your checks, the servomotor is likely the problem. It's best to get it checked at a workshop with the right tools, a Lexus dealer would be ideal.

I took it to a workshop, and you were right. The servomotor was the problem. Repairs cost 1040€. Thanks for the help.
