CT200h Radio Reception Problems

Has anyone had radio reception issues with their 2011 Lexus CT200h hybrid? At 182785 km, the radio reception is virtually non-existent. The infotainment system frequently displays an error message, and the audio system cuts out entirely. Diagnostic scans suggest an antenna fault.
