CT200h Transport Mode Electrical Malfunction

I'm seeing a persistent 'transport mode' notification on my recently acquired 2019 Lexus CT200h hybrid. This is accompanied by a general electrical malfunction and a non-functional navigation system. I've tried cycling the ignition and inspecting the key fob, but no luck. With 221822 km, what diagnostic checks should I do? Could a software re-flash be necessary?

I experienced a similar issue with my CT200h. The 'transport mode' message and associated electrical glitches can be perplexing. Did you try a complete power cycle, disconnecting the 12V battery for a short period?

How long would you recommend disconnecting the 12V battery? Were the symptoms identical, specifically the navigation system malfunction?

Yes, the navigation was also inoperative. Disconnecting the battery for approximately 15-20 minutes should suffice. However, if the issue persists, a visit to a certified automotive technician for a diagnostic check might be unavoidable. In my case, the problem needed specialized equipment.

A diagnostic check was indeed necessary. I scheduled an appointment with a qualified technician. In the end, a full system reset fixed the issue, costing 0€.
