Cube Central Locking Failure

I'm having trouble with the central locking system on my 2012 Nissan Cube with a gasoline engine. The doors won't lock or unlock with the remote or interior switch, and there's an error stored. I think it might be a cable or plug issue. Has anyone else had this?

I own a Cube too, though I don't remember the exact year. Your issue sounds like something I had before. Did anything happen before it failed, like a dead battery or electrical work? Also, did you check the fuses? A blown fuse is often the cause. If not a fuse, it could be the body control module.

Thanks, I appreciate it. Nothing happened before, like a dead battery or electrical work. I checked the fuses, and none are blown for the central locking. You mentioned a similar issue, what exactly happened and how did you fix it?

The symptoms were the same: central locking failure, no response from the remote or switch. After checking everything, I took it to a shop. They said it was a faulty actuator in one of the doors, which shut down the whole system. Since you checked the fuses, it might be the same. A professional might be best for diagnosis and repair.

Thanks for the explanation and advice. I'll schedule an appointment with a technician to check the door actuators. The estimated repair cost is 95€. Your insights helped a lot.
