Dacia Logan Tailgate Latch Issue

I own a 2008 Dacia Logan with a Diesel engine and 180,000 km on the clock. I'm experiencing an issue where the tailgate does not open automatically. The latch on the tailgate seems to be malfunctioning; the lower part is not catching, and the hook is not engaging with the lock, preventing the boot from locking. Does anyone have any easy solutions or fixes for this problem?

Tried tightening the bolts that has worked as well as lubrication
