DS3 Power Steering Vibration

I'm experiencing an issue with the power steering on my 2018 Citroen DS3 diesel. Mileage is at 47855 km. The steering wheel vibrates and shakes, and the handling feels spongy. I've also got an error code related to the power steering. Steering effort has increased; feels like the power steering is intermittently failing. I suspect a defective cable or plug connection. Has anyone encountered similar issues?

That sounds familiar. I had comparable symptoms on my 2016 Opel Corsa. Power steering went completely and the car was nearly impossible to steer. Did you check the pressure hose?

I didn't diagnose it myself; I'm no expert. I took it straight to a workshop. They sorted it, and it wasn't too expensive.
