DS4 Manifold Pressure Sensor Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Citroen DS4 with a gasoline engine is experiencing issues such as a check engine light, reduced power, poor engine response, and increased fuel consumption. Diagnostics indicate a faulty manifold pressure sensor, possibly due to a vacuum leak. The suggested solution is to replace the manifold pressure sensor and check for vacuum leaks, which resolved the issue and restored normal performance.

Yes, error code P0106, indicating a manifold absolute pressure sensor range/performance problem. Was your issue the sensor itself, or something else?

Replacing the MAP sensor fixed it for me, but the workshop also checked for vacuum leaks. Given your error code and suspected leakage, replacing the sensor is probably the next step, but I'd still recommend a professional diagnosis.

It was indeed the manifold pressure sensor. Replacement, plus fixing a minor vacuum leak, cost 235€. Performance is back to normal.

I have a DS4 and had similar symptoms. Check engine light, power loss, the works. Was it throwing any specific error codes related to the MAP sensor?
