DS4 transmission fault

That sounds like the problem I had with my DS4. Were you checking the radiator coolant or notice anything with the cooling fan before this happened? Mine went into emergency mode and shifted rough. Maybe it's the pressure sensor or the oil cooler. Any coolant leaks?

Yes, I got the same radiator oil pressure error. I was hoping for a loose connection or sensor, but it wasn't that easy. A defective cable or plug could be it, but don't rule out other things. Get a diagnostic at a good shop ASAP to prevent more damage. The error was the same, but the error codes meant different things in my case.
