DS5 AC not cooling
Summary of the thread
The 2013 Citroen DS5's AC is not cooling and doesn't activate, despite the fuses being intact. The suspected cause is a defect in the AC valves, though the issue could also be related to the cooling system or a non-functional blower motor. Checking the AC relay in the engine compartment fuse box is suggested, but if the problem persists, professional diagnosis and repair might be necessary, potentially involving costly valve repairs.

Thanks for the quick response. I don't recall any unusual AC noise beforehand. Where exactly is the AC relay located in the DS5? And how can I check if the blower motor is receiving power?

The AC relay location should be in the engine compartment fuse box; check your car's manual, it has a diagram. Honestly, if you're not sure how to check the blower motor, it might be best to take it to a workshop. It's probably a faulty valve inside the AC unit as you suspected, and these need special tools. I ended up paying around 1000€ to get mine fixed.

Thanks for the advice. I'll check the relay location and consider taking it to a workshop. Your experience confirms my initial suspicions about the valves, so I'll prepare for a potentially costly repair. Appreciate the help.

Sounds familiar. I have a Citroen DS5 as well. I had a similar problem last summer. Did you notice any strange AC noise before it stopped working? It could also be a problem with the cooling system, maybe the blower motor isn't getting power. Check the AC relay, that could be the issue as well.
