Yes. The speed signal fault, with your symptoms and my experience, strongly indicates the ABS control unit. A faulty wheel speed sensor can cause similar errors, but the diagnostic pointed to more than one issue. Replacing the control unit isn't cheap. My repair cost around 1000€.
