Good shout! I didn't think about corrosion. Where exactly is that headlight washer pump located on the Ducato? Is it easy to get to, or am I gonna need to dismantle half the front end?

I'm not 100% sure on the Ducato specifically, I only know the Corsa inside and out. But if it's anything like mine, it's tucked away behind the bumper somewhere, meaning yes, probably a bit of dismantling is needed to properly get to it. Honestly, if you're not confident, maybe a workshop is a shout, because you don't want to break anything. It cost me 165€ for the fix.

That's similar to what I experienced last year with my old Opel Corsa, a completely different beast I know. Turned out the headlight washer pump connection had corroded. Did you check the cable connections to the pump and relay? Maybe they're defective.
