Elantra AUC Sensor Fault
Summary of the thread
A 2014 Hyundai Elantra owner experienced an AUC sensor fault, leading to a non-functional blower motor. The suspected cause was a defective cable or plug connection. A suggestion to check the wiring harness and connector for corrosion or damage was provided, based on a similar issue with a BMW. The problem was confirmed to be a corroded connector, which was resolved at a workshop.

Which BMW model was it? And what exactly was the problem with the connector?

It was a 3 series. The connector for the air quality sensor was corroded. Best to get it checked out by a workshop.

Thanks, I appreciate the advice. I took it to the shop, and it was indeed the connector. 95€ and all fixed.

I had a similar HVAC issue with my BMW. Auto recirculation wasn't working. Have you checked the wiring harness and connector for corrosion or damage?
