I own a Mercedes e300 hybrid I pulled up and went to get lunch came back to the car and now I have a presafe error and no traction control the Carly finds the issue but will not clear the fault

I have no issue with the scanner, just sometimes it doesn't clear codes with engine running, but doing for a couple of times it erases otherwise everything is ok!
