EMehari air suspension fault

I'm having a suspension issue with my 2019 Citroen EMehari (electric engine). The car has 120127 km. The main problem is that the vehicle can no longer lift, and it's leaning to one side. I'm also getting an error message in the speedometer, and the ride is super bumpy. The error memory indicates a fault with the air suspension. Has anyone experienced something similar?

That sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my old Audi A6. It also had air suspension, and one day it just wouldn't lift. I noticed it was leaning to one side as well. Do you hear any hissing sounds, like an air leak, near the suspension bellows?

Thanks for the input! I haven't specifically listened for hissing, but I'll check that out. Where exactly should I be listening? Is it near the wheels, or closer to the shock absorber?

Yes, check near each wheel, close to where the air suspension bellows are located. If the air bag valve is defective that's where the air leak will most likely be. If you find a leak, or suspect the valve, your suspicion will probably be confirmed at a workshop. In my case it was the same thing; the bellows valve had gone bad.

Thanks for the advice! I checked for leaks but couldn't pinpoint anything specific. I'll take it to a workshop to get the air suspension bellows valve checked out. They quoted around 590€ for the repair, which seems reasonable.
