There's complete silence when I try to operate the windows. I haven't checked the window track specifically. Where exactly should I be looking for obstructions, and is it easy to access?

Given the complete silence and stored fault, it's likely not a simple obstruction. When I had the same problem, the issue was with the power window switch itself being defective. I'd suggest having a workshop check the regulator motor. The repair cost me around 200€.

Thank you for the advice! I took it to a workshop, and you were right. The power window switch was defective. They replaced it, and the windows are working perfectly now. The final bill was indeed around 200€.

I had a similar issue with my Enjoy. Does it sound like the window motor is trying to work, or is there just complete silence when you try to use the switch? Have you checked the window track for any obstructions?
