Entourage Multifunction Steering Wheel Failure
Summary of the thread
The multifunction steering wheel of a 2008 Hyundai Entourage failed, accompanied by an error code. The issue was suspected to be due to a loose or defective cable connection within the steering wheel. After checking the wiring and considering the possibility of a control module issue, it was confirmed that a defective cable connection was the cause, which was subsequently repaired.

Thanks! I haven't done any recent work. I checked the visible wiring, and it looks fine. Could it be the control module or a hidden connectivity problem?

It's possible. With the error code, a defective cable connection inside the steering wheel is likely. Honestly, without advanced diagnostics, a workshop will pinpoint the issue faster.

You were spot on! It was a defective cable connection in the steering wheel. Repair cost me 95€. Thanks for the help!

Sounds frustrating! Have you checked the wiring harness and connectors under the steering wheel? A loose connection could cause that. Did this start after recent work on the car, like a radio install?
