Entourage radio error no sound

My 2006 Hyundai Entourage (gas engine) radio is acting up! The infotainment keeps flashing an error, there's no sound, and the error memory isn't helping. Only done 29385 km. I've checked the basics and suspect it could be the antenna. Has anyone else seen this?

I had similar issues with my Entourage. Check the antenna ground; that was my problem. Did you notice any static or signal strength fluctuations before it went completely out?

Good shout! Where is the antenna ground located? And yes, the signal was weak and full of static noise for a while before it died completely.

Mine was corroded right where the antenna cable connects near the base of the unit. After fiddling for ages, I just took it to a workshop. They diagnosed a defective antenna and fixed it for around 255€. Worth checking yourself first, but be prepared!
