EQC Sunroof Initialization Problem

I'm having trouble with my 2021 Mercedes EQC electric vehicle. I'm getting a 'Sunroof not initialized' error. The sunblind is stuck, and the convertible top won't work. The sunblind won't retract or extend. Could this be from recent coding changes?

Completely unresponsive sounds like my issue. Since you mentioned coding, that's likely the cause. I'd suggest a qualified workshop to reinitialize the sunroof mechanism. You could try yourself, but you might make things worse.

I consulted a technician. The coding was the problem. They reinitialized the sunroof, and it's fixed. The cost was 75€.
