Yeah, I had a quick look, but I'm no expert. Is there anything specific I should be looking for? Like, how do I know if the connection is really bad?

If you're not comfortable with electrics, it's best to get it checked at a workshop. Defective cable or plug connection is a likely cause, and they can diagnose it properly.

Thanks. Took your advice and brought it in. Turns out it was a dodgy connection like you said. 95€ later and she's running like new again! Appreciate the tip.

Sounds familiar. Have you checked the cable and plug connection to the fuel filter heater itself? That's a common issue.
